While regular Content backups are conducted, Start Daily doesn’t guarantee data integrity.

Backup failures or data corruption may occur due to various factors. Although We’ll assist in troubleshooting known issues, we disclaim liability concerning Content integrity or restoration failures.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Service payments utilize PayPal, Payoneer, and Stripe for secure online transactions. Both buyers and sellers, by using PayPal, Payoneer, and Stripe, agree to its terms and conditions. Note that Start Daily doesn’t provide electronic payment services nor acts as a payment intermediary. Users contracting with PayPal, Payoneer, and Stripe agree to its terms, with which Start Daily isn’t involved. Any payment service disputes should be directed to Our customer service.

Start Daily may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Us. We disclaim responsibility for third-party website content, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge and accept that Start Daily isn’t liable for damages or losses caused by or linked to third-party website usage. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend Your Account for any reason, without prior notice or liability, including a breach of the terms.

Upon termination, Service access ceases immediately. To terminate Your Account, simply discontinue Service usage.

Despite potential damages, Our and Our suppliers’ cumulative liability under these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all, is limited to the actual amount paid through the Service or 100 USD if no purchases were made.

Refunds

If You want a refund from a service you bought on startdaily.com, this is processed internally, and the funds are sent back to your payment account within 3 business days. Refunds can be initiated by the buyer by clicking the “cancel order” button on the order page. A refund can also be initiated by the supplier by clicking the “cancel order” button on the order page.

A client has the right to ask for a refund at any time during the duration of the order. If a client asks for a refund, it is up to the supplier to discuss with the client the reasoning behind such a request and cancel the order. When the order is canceled, the funds will be returned to the client within 3 business days.

If the supplier is unresponsive or does not issue a refund, a manual review team will intervene to assess the situation, and a “dispute” will be opened.

A “dispute” is an internal process that both the client and the supplier have access to. Both parties, as well as a member of Start Daily’s manual review team, will assess the situation and either side with the client or the supplier. If the dispute is settled with the client, a refund will be immediately sent to their account.

United States Legal Compliance

You affirm that you’re not in a country subject to US government embargo or designated “terrorist support.” You’re not listed on any US government restricted parties list.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes entail reasonable notice. By continuing Service use after changes, you accept revised Terms.
